Jessica Collogan is a Chilean American Latina of Mapuche descent who values the opportunities that education provides to first-generation student of immigrants. She has worked in academic, public, special, and corporate libraries for over twenty years, and is Dean of Library Services at The University of North Carolina Pembroke.
